Steve Pringle spent more than 25 years working across the Portland radio band. His journey found him on the airwaves at KINK, KMHD, and KGON. His signature phrase was “be good humans.”
His passing was announced Sunday on Facebook group “Friends of Steve Pringle” page. “We are sad to share that our friend Steve Pringle passed this morning. He was surrounded by friends and family in the comfort of his own home.”
The Blues Radio DJ died from what the family says was a rare and incurable form of cancer. Steve Pringle was 56.
