KRRV/Alexandria, LA’s, longtime midday announcer Shy Tyler recently retired from radio and the station has announced that Devon O’Day will be filling the gap. O’Day was one of the original on-air announcers when the station launched and she will be voice-tracking middays from Nashville. O’Day was born and raised in Alexandria.
Program Director Melissa Frost said, “I grew up listening to Devon and now getting to work with her is truly a full-circle moment. I couldn’t imagine anyone better to be part of our team. This is an exciting time for the station!”
