Veteran programmer Leigh McNabb has joined Saga’s Des Moines Radio Group as PD of 93-3 KIOA. McNabb was PD/Middays at KPZT The Point in Kansas City since July 2015. Prior to that she was Assistant PD for two years at 103.7 KISS in Milwaukee. This is a return trip for McNabb as she is from Des Moines and worked for Saga in both Des Moines, IA, and Champaign, IL, earlier in her career.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring someone with Leigh’s experience and qualifications back to her hometown,” said VP/GM Tom Nankival. “Her passion for KIOA’s heritage is unparalleled and the fact that she is already so well respected in our building made her the obvious choice to rejuvenate the station and lead our terrific team.”
