Jay Hicks has been appointed Program Director for Entercom’s Rhythmic Hits station WPGC 95.5 FM (WPGC-FM) in Washington, DC. Hicks joins Entercom from Buffalo where he served as Brand Manager for WBLK-FM and WBUF-FM. Prior to that, he was PD for WGPR-FM in Detroit and WQHH-FM in Lansing, MI.
