The hit-and-run driver who killed popular SBS New York City host DJ Jinx Paul (pictured here) back in 2016 in Brooklyn was sentenced Wednesday to 90 days in jail, five years probation and 100 hours of community service. Paul, who’s real name is Jean Paul Guerrero, was 39 when he was killed.

Twenty-eight-year-old Kevin Ozoria pled guilty to leaving the scene of the December 2016 crash that killed the Mega 97.9 FM host. Guerrero was leaving a party he just finished DJing and when he was crossing the street Ozoria struck him with his car. Ozoria took off and drove the car to a body shop. He asked the owner not to park the car on the street. However, the owner became suspicious when he heard about the DJ’s death and alerted authorities.
