52-year old Philip Smith, once a DJ on Christian radio WJTL in Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty in court Monday to several counts of sexual offenses against a 15-year old girl between 2013 and 2017.
According to Lancaster Online Smith entered a guilty plea on Monday to seven counts including aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and sexual assault. Smith also pleaded no contest to one count of rape that allegedly occurred after the girl turned 18. The maximum sentences for each count is seven to 20 years. Smith is looking at a possible 96 years in state prison. He remains in jail unable to post bond of $250,000.
