Entercom has partnered with the Travis Manion Foundation’s Operation Legacy Service Project in Abington, PA, to renovate the home of Iraqi War veteran, Matthew Renner. Highlights of the partnership include on-air support from Entercom Philadelphia stations SportsRadio 94WIP (WIP-FM), KYW Newsradio 1060 (KYW-AM), Talk Radio 1210 WPHT (WPHT-AM), Today’s Hits 96.5 TDY (WTDY-FM), Today’s 101.1 More FM (WBEB-FM), 98.1 WOGL (WOGL-FM), and on their respective digital platforms. The unveiling of the renovation and official ribbon-cutting of the home will take place Friday, October 26 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

“As a partner with the Travis Manion Foundation since 2011, Entercom is proud to support and empower veterans to get back on their feet and achieve their goals,” said David Yadgaroff, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Philadelphia. “Supporting Iraqi War veteran Matthew Renner, and the Operation Legacy Service Project, is something we are honored to be a part of.”

Each April and November, the Travis Manion Foundation organizes Operation Legacy Service Projects, which unites communities for a common cause through volunteer-led service opportunities.

Talk Radio 1210 WPHT on-air personality, Rich Zeoli, will emcee the official ribbon cutting ceremony, which will also include participation from PA State Representative from the 153rd District and U.S. Congressional Candidate Madeleine Dean, Ward 8 Commissioner Peggy Myers, Abington Township Chief of Police Patrick Molloy, and the generous home improvement partners who donated their services.
