Anna Faris has crossed over to radio. As part of its “Podcaster Meets Broadcaster” strategy, this past weekend iHeartMedia launched Faris on several Top 40 stations across the country. Faris hosts a relationship program that also features celebrity guests, and it all started out as a podcast. The hour-long show also includes about eight songs.
So… it includes almost 30 minutes of music, likely three spot breaks, and so she gets what… about 15 to 17 minutes?
That’s not podcasting. Early in to this shiny new experiment, and radio already doesn’t get it.
