Cumulus has appointed Jack Swanson PD for KGO and KSFO in San Francisco. The legendary San Francisco programmer returns to the stations he helped build, as former PD of KGO and KSFO, where he led programming from 1994 until 2011.
Swanson was previously Director, News and Programming for KCBS in San Francisco and, prior to that, was a General Manager and Major Market News Anchor.
In addition, Media Sales Executive Scotty Bastable is the new Vice President/Director of 
Sales for the Cumulus San Francisco radio station group, effective November 15. Bastable was previously Agency and Corporate Development Manager for CBS 360 in San Francisco. Prior to that, he was General Sales Manager for Entercom-San Francisco radio station KOIT and Director of Sales for Clear Channel Radio-San Francisco.
