The trial was supposed to start today and has now been pushed back to Monday July 23, according to a new court filing. The filing also says the case is expected to take seven days and attorneys should be prepared for a possible hearing on Friday, July 20. Bubba The Love Sponge (Todd Clem) is accused of ratings tampering by Nielsen by making contact with at least one PPM panelist. They are asking for $1 million in damages. Bubba claims there was a conspiracy between Nielsen and Cox to set him up.
