Kensington Digital Media Buys Three Stations

Kensington Digital Media has reached an agreement with Talking Stick Communications of Warsaw, Indiana, to purchase three stations and an FM translator. The stations are WRSW-AM, WRSW-FM, and WAWC-FM. The Warsaw cluster is currently owned by Alec Dille, the son of John F. Dille III owners of Federated Media in Elkhart, Indiana. 

Kensington owner Tony Richards said, “My brother Jack Didier and I are thrilled to be purchasing stations in our home state of Indiana. The Warsaw stations have a long history of success by being involved in their community. Not only will that continue, we hope to expand it.”
