According to Nielsen’s latest quarterly Audio Today Report, McDonalds was radio’s biggest advertiser on music stations, spending $46.1 million. On spoken word stations, Zip-Recruiter spent $11.1 million leading the way. Overall, McDonalds spent the most money on radio, shelling out $50.5 million. Mattress Firm was a close second with $48.2 million and Comcast Xfinity was third with $45.4 million. Here’s Nielsen’s chart of the top 20 advertisers for both music and spoken word.
