Cox Media Group Miami has named Jill Strada Director of Operations and Crystal Gans Integrated Sales Manager in Miami. Strada will oversee WEDR, WFLC, WFEZ, and WHQT as well as marketing, promotions, and digital content. Prior to this new role, Strada was Director of Branding and Programming for WEDR and WFLC. Gans will lead all sales strategies across multiple platforms. She was Digital Sales Manager.
