The agreement includes broadcasting rights of University of Miami Hurricanes baseball and ancillary baseball programming on Entercom’s AM 790 The Ticket (WAXY-AM) beginning with the 2018 season. As part of the partnership, The Ticket will broadcast at least 15 regular season games, all postseason baseball, and various ‘Canes baseball-focused programs throughout the season. The station will produce and air live all broadcasts from the AM 790 The Ticket studios. Joe Zagacki, in his 29th season as the Voice of the ‘Canes, will once again do the play-by-play for baseball broadcasts.
