Newly created Border Media, owned by Ricki Lee and Hanna Kaleta have purchased WRGR-FM in Tupper Lake, NY, from Radio Lake Placid for $8,000. Lee said, “My wife and I are really excited to announce this acquisition. After numerous visits to the Adirondacks, we’ve simply fallen in love with the area and we’ve been exploring radio ownership for some time. This opportunity was too good to pass up and we now look forward to working with the FCC for approval and are exciting to add another choice to the Tri-Lakes population.”
Broker Jason James of Patrick Communications represented the Seller in connection with the Acquisition.
