Mike Duffy is the new Program Director for Active Rocker WBSX-FM in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Duffy joined the station seven months ago as midday host. He’ll hold onto that shift in addition to taking on the PD role.
Duffy said, “I’m incredibly grateful and excited for this opportunity at 97.9X. I’ve been fortunate getting to spend my entire career in my hometown radio market, but now I get to program a powerhouse rock station here as well! I’m psyched to be working with Chris Kenney once again, as well as work with and learn from some brilliant programming minds in Mike McVay, Troy Hanson, and Jim Kurdziel.”
