According to Mansion Global the former Citadel CEO and his wife have listed their Miami Beach mansion for $22.5. The magazine says this little beauty is 8,500 square-feet, has three kitchens, a pool and spa, a gym, two guest suites, 24-hour security, a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace and parking for seven cars.

The backyard has a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Suleman bought the property in 2012 for $3.425 million, bulldozed the previous home, and built this bigger one. In 2009, under Suleman’s leadership, Citadel filed for bankruptcy under the weight of over $2 Billion in debt.

  1. I met Farid Suleman in 2008 or so. He rode in like so many execs as a conquering general taking over stations once run nicely by ABC/Disney. He was an arrogant ass. I’ve never seen someone drive a company into bankruptcy so quickly. Citadel was a JOKE.
