A special audio blog is now available to stations from Dr. Lewis Jassey as a public service. Jassey tells Radio Ink he’d like stations to consider running the information he’s providing in light of the recent tragic events in Las Vegas.
Jassey decided to use both his pediatric knowledge and his radio experience to record advice to parents faced with the overwhelming task of explaining the Las Vegas tragedy to children and with that, how they might use it as a teaching experience about the need for, and power of, love.
Dr. Jassey has been a pediatric physician for over 23 years. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Jassey is the author of “The Newborn Sleep Book.” He’s been a guest on NBC-TV and Channel 12 News in NY, “The Moms” radio show, as well other radio shows across the country to discuss his passion of getting children to sleep through the night and other parenting topics.
Dr. Jassey is offering a special audio blog, “Tragedies around Our Kids…Insulation or Inspection” to stations that might be struggling themselves with ways to help their audiences cope and comfort young children and adolescents.
