That’s what The Tennessean is reporting. The paper says it’s all part of the company’s upcoming spin-off from CBS Corporate and the jobs would be mostly back-office functions. The paper reports CBS Radio would invest $5 million in two possible downtown locations being considered.
On Tuesday, the Metro Nashville Industrial Development Board approved a right to incur costs agreement. That would allow CBS Radio to be reimbursed for spending related to the expansion project between now and finalizing of $1 million in taxpayer incentives that the company is being offered by the state.
