Saga has completed the sale of a tower in Norfolk, Virginia, WAFX-FM, to SBA Communications, based in Boca Raton. The SBA deal team was led by Michael Diamond. Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the exclusive broker in this transaction. This was Bergner’s third tower closing in 2016 and he expects a lot more activity for the remainder of the year.
