The University of Houston has closed on the sale of KUHA-FM in Houston, which is a 50,000 watter in the nation’s sixth largest market. The KSBJ Educational Foundation is picking up the station for $10 million. Greg Guy of Patrick Communications represented the seller in the deal while Scott Knoblauch of Spectrum Media represented the buyer.
