Represented in the Radionomy Group of companies are Radionomy, SHOUTcast, TargetSpot, Hotmixradio, and Winamp. Vivendi announced today that it acquired 64.4% of the share capital of Radionomy Group. Vivendi operates businesses throughout media, from talent discovery to the creation, production and distribution of content. One of the companies it operates is Universal Music Group which has more than 50 labels covering all genres.
