It’s all come down to this. Every side has had its say, and on Wednesday, three Copyright Royalty Judges will decide what companies will pay to stream music for the next five years. The judges will first deliver their ruling to the Register of Copyrights for review, along with the companies that will be affected by the rates. At the same time the ruling is being delivered the judges will post the rates on the CRB website. Pandora has already scheduled a conference call for Wednesday at 1:30 to discuss the rates and we’re expecting to get statements and comments from other companies impacted by the rates.
