Radio Free 102.3 KJLH FM in Los Angeles has selected Chris Malone as its new head of Programming. His most recent programming job was in Dallas.

Jay Williams is increasing his role with 104.3 The Fan (KKFN-FM) as Denver Nuggets Analyst. Williams will make regular appearances on multiple Fan shows to discuss the Nuggets, in addition to joining Rachel Vigil weekly on the newly launched video show “Coffee Break”.

TJ Michaels, PD WCPV-FM (Everything Country 101.3 The Wolf) near the NY/VT border has another job. He will add PD responsibilities for WVTK-FM (Classic Hits 92.1).

Buffalo Oldies Station WECK AM & FM will debut a new schedule Monday. Buffalo Hall of Famer Joe Chille moves to morning drive. Chille has spent more than 40 years in the market, including his most recent run as Afternoon Drive host on WECK.

Radio One Atlanta has promoted Neiko Flowers to Assistant Program Director at WPZE (Praise 102.5). He has been with the station since September of 2021.

Cory Hepola has made it official. He's running for Minnesota governor. Hepola made the announcement on Twitter. On February 8th Hepola went on Minnesota Public Radio to announce he was considering a run. That wound up being his last day on WCCO, where he hosted mornings since 2019.

Georgia Hall-of-Famer and former Urban One host Silas SiMon Alexander announced he had pancreatic cancer back in September of last year. He passed away this week from the disease at the age of 58. His family posted the news on Twitter.

Pacific Media Group has hired comedian, TV host and actor Lanai to Honolulu radio on KUMU-FM.  Beginning March 7, “Lanai’s Traffic Jam” will air weekdays from 2pm to 7pm. 

Radio One in Charlotte is adding Incognito to its lineup on WOSFHD2 (102.5 The Block). Incognito will host the 7pm to midnight shift beginning Monday. His show Posted on The Corner with Incognito is syndicated in several markets.

Stacia Philips Deshishku has been promoted to the newly created Executive Editor and Senior Vice President at ABC Audio. For the past three years she has served as VP/GM of ABC Audio.
