What a fantastic story. Being more of an analytical GSM for my cluster of stations, this really hit home. I've often preached to my team of sellers, that there's a definite cost to doing business and this really dials it in and reduces it to the ridiculous. And contrary to popular belief, we don't sell "air", Nor do we sell "a perishable commodity". We sell solutions to businesses and introduce our listeners, that we work so hard for, to these businesses. Thank you for sharing!
