Deborah Parenti is EVP/Radio for Radio Ink and also heads up the publication's conference division.
An experienced broadcast professional, Deborah broke the glass ceiling in Dayton radio in 1990, as the first woman to manage a major station in the market.
Her career began at WING in Dayton, where she advanced through the ranks to Asst. General Manager after being named the youngest Vice President ever to hold the title at station. Over the years, her career has also included stints in Louisville and Philadelphia.
As one of the first multi-station managers in the country, Deborah developed the organizational chart on which many of today's cluster market operations are based, and created a highly successful sales platform she dubbed "Radio First!"
In 2001, Deborah was the recipient of a full scholarship to the NAB's Education Foundation Broadcast Leadership Training program. She has been featured in Working Woman magazine, quoted in the Wall Street Journal, and participated on panels at NAB, RAB and CRS.
In 2009, Ms. Parenti was inducted into the Dayton Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
