Ford Has Been In SYNC With The Dash For Years

10-4-13

Ford has been innovating the DASH of its vehicles since 2007 when its SYNC product was first introduced. In 2010 Applink was introduced, giving customers control over the DASH by voice command. By 2015, Ford expects to have Sync AppLink enabled in 7 million cars globally. As of January 2013, SYNC AppLink is available on more than 1 million vehicles; it is available on 2013 Fiesta, Mustang, Expedition, Fusion, F-150, Super Duty, Focus, E-Series and C-MAX. Want to know what Ford customers want from you? Be in the audience to hear Ford's Global Product Manager for SYNC AppLink Julius Marchwiki (pictured) keynote our DASH Conference in Detroit. Here's a short snippet from Marchwiki about what radio should be aiming to do in the DASH. LISTEN. And, here are the apps Ford has already enabled for customers using AppLink
