No More Reporting For Dial Global

In a late-Friday press release Dial Global said it will no longer make periodic reports with the SEC other than its annual 2012 report. The release said the Dial Global Board of Directors made the decision to end reporting because of the cost to file and the diversion of management attention from other matters.
Dial Global recently delisted from the NASDAQ and restructured its CEO setup. For 10 years, Dial Global had three CEOs. The restructure moved Spencer Brown into the CEO chair, David Landau resigned, and Ken Williams became President reporting to Brown.
