Eastlan says Sebring Florida was recently dropped by Arbitron and it will begin service for that market in the spring. Unranked Helena, MT, and Homosassa Springs, FL, will also be serviced by Eastlan. Eastlan President Mike Gould said, “At a time when the largest radio ratings vendor is focused on coaxing its billion dollar sale past federal regulators, we are thankful to remain focused on serving the needs of radio broadcasters."
