Known as "The Tech Guy," LaPorte is a popular speaker and the author of four best-selling Technology Almanacs, and has written for publications including Byte, MacUser, and InfoWorld. Today he's focusing on technology coverage for radio, television, and the Internet.

He's also the author of over a dozen books. Dvorak is also VP of Mevio (formerly PodShow) and known for his work on Tech TV (formerly ZD Net) and CNET. He is currently a regular on Marketwatch TV, "Twitcast," and the podcast "No Agenda," which he co-hosts with Adam Curry.
