Six Entercom/Sacramento Stations Sign On With NAVTEQ Traffic

February 2, 2011 – NAVTEQ, a global provider of maps, traffic and location data enabling navigation, location-based services and mobile advertising around the world, announces that Entercom has chosen NAVTEQ to provide both on-air and web-based real-time traffic services for its six radio stations in Sacramento, CA.

Entercom is using NAVTEQ to provide real-time traffic services both on-air and online via its NAVTEQ Traffic and NAVTEQ TrafficOne products, respectively. NAVTEQ provides the traffic reports through its NAVTEQ Traffic offering, to top radio stations in each market, reaching 88 percent of radio listeners in the U.S. population. NAVTEQ TrafficOne is an online-based traffic solution that lets broadcasters extend their brand and consumer traffic services to their websites.
