The judge in the Taylor Swift groping case has removed the superstar singer from the case stating that former KYGO Denver morning man David Mueller did not prove Swift has anything to do with him losing his job. Swift’s mother Andrea and her radio manager Frank Bell are still part of the trial. Judge William Martinez said there was no evidence Swift did anything wrong when she reported an assault she believed took place. The judge said Taylor Swift did not act improperly. Closing arguments are set for Monday. Mueller says the accusations are false and Swift and her team got him fired from his dream radio job.
