Cumulus Media has been associated with Air Force Academy sports for 35 years and that partnership will continue. A new deal with IMG College – which represents the school’s multimedia rights – has been signed to keep the Falcons with the broadcast giants. Football and men’s basketball games will continue to be heard on KVOR-AM, while hockey games and select women’s basketball games will be heard on Xtra Sports 1300 (KCSF-AM). The stations will also broadcast coaches’ shows for football, men’s basketball, and hockey. Veteran broadcaster Jim Arthur will remain as the radio “Voice of the Falcons.”
