After serving the ministry as a technical consultant for five months, WAY-FM Chief Operating Officer Lloyd Parker has announced that Dean Sims has joined the executive team as Chief Technology Officer. He starts July 1. Sims previously served as the Director of Global Technology Architecture at Compassion International in Colorado Springs. Prior to that he was the VP & Chief Technology Officer at T&H and DSC Consulting, VP of e-Business at NRTC, and Director of Enterprise Technologies at Raytheon – all based in Washington DC.
