The 8K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission says Azoff’s decision to resign as a director was not due to any disagreements with the company or on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices. He’s been on the board since 2010. Azoff has been at war with the radio industry since launching his Global Music Rights organization, a PRO which represents a handful of artists. GMR and the RMLC have filed competing anti-trust lawsuits against each other in federal court.
