Larry Patrick was the recipient of a Broadcasters Foundation’s Ward L. Quaal Leadership Award in recognition of his career contributions to the industry and community. Patrick and his wife Susan support two Native American orphanages and schools in South Dakota, among other support for youth and the needy. They have helped build schools in Kenya and the only orphanage in Swaziland for children of AIDS patients.
Patrick said, “This is an unbelievable honor and I have to say special thanks to Susan, my partner in life and my partner in the brokerage.”
