Russell Rush has been promoted from APD to PD for iHeartMedia’s Mix 96.1 in San Antonio. He keeps his midday shift on the station. Rush has been with iHeartMedia since 2005. He also hosts a weekly public affairs show that airs on all seven iHeart stations in San Antonio. In 2008, he was named “Radio Personality of the Year” by the San Antonio Media Alliance.
