As our socio-political climate becomes one constant monsoon, ABC Radio is launching a podcast to give voice to the disparate views being shouted through the tumult. ABC News’ Amna Nawaz new podcast is called Uncomfortable and she will be going head-to-head with influential voices in America to tackle some of the country’s most divisive issues – race, gender, economics, religion. The show launched March 21. New episodes will post every other Tuesday on iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play Music, ABCNewsPodcasts.com, and the ABC News apps. Additionally, a video of the episode will be available for streaming on ABCNews.com/Live the same day, and fans can use #UncomfortableTalk on Twitter to engage in the conversation.

“We hear a lot about how our country is divided, about how far apart we are on some of the big issues that define us, as Americans. But our divisions don’t go away if we ignore them,” says Nawaz. “On Uncomfortable, it’s about taking a cold, hard look at where we are, as a country, and figuring out how we move forward.”
