KLLL-FM Raises Big Pot Of Cash For Kids

The Lubbock, TX, station raised $104,240 during their 19th Annual Children’s Miracle Network 36 Hours of Miracles Radiothon, which took place February 15-16. The KLLL team broadcasted live from the University Medical Center Children’s Hospital Playroom. Over $3.8 million has been raised for the children’s hospital over the past 19 years.

Alpha Media, Lubbock SVP/Market Manager Jay Richardson commented on the announcement, “I am very blessed with a phenomenal team who pour their hearts out to a cause in which we are all extremely committed.”

“Once again, our community comes together to help our local children’s hospital. This year we added new elements and had great stories with fantastic commitments by our community to make the 36 Hours of Miracles a success,” added Jeff Scott, KLLL Program Director.
