Capitol Broadcasting’s MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM has promoted Doug Miller to full-time status as nighttime host and creative imaging director. His previous experience includes time with KHFI in Austin, WNKS in Charlotte, KMXV in Kansas City, and WSTR in Atlanta. Miller started part-time at WRAL in September.
