It was back in December that Westwood One announced Jon Grayson’s syndicated show Overnight America would be discontinued. Grayson kept his overnight shift at KMOX. The station has confirmed that Grayson is no longer at KMOX. So where is he headed?
KMOX PD Steve Moore tells Radio Ink Grayson resigned from KMOX, his last show aired on Monday. The search for a new host of Overnight America will begin immediately.
The The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is speculating that Grayson may be headed to News/Taker KTRS-AM which is owned by the St. Louis Cardinals and CH Radio Holdings. KTRS announced Wednesday it had hired former KMOX host Doug McElvein.
