Bubba John Stevens (John Laboranti) who was on the air in Philadelphia for over 45 years has died. Stevens worked for WMGK and WMMR, retiring from WMGK in November of 2013. He was 66 when he passed and battling cancer.
WMGK morning man John DeBella said, “I can’t begin to explain my level of shock over the passing of Bubba John. He was one of my oldest friends in Philadelphia. He was one of the kindest, most loving people I have ever known. Goodnight sweet prince.”
