98.1 WOGL The Latest Station To Raise Big Funds For Kids

The Philadelphia station held its WOGL Loves Our Kids Radiothon November 29 and 30, raising a massive $309,925 for the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The event was sponsored by area Mazda dealers and broadcast live from the Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s Seacrest Studios located in the Colket Atrium at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. WOGL hosts Valerie Knight and Frank Lewis of the Breakfast Club presented the check for $309,925 from 98.1 WOGL to Children’s Hospital.

Senior VP/Market Manager CBS Radio Philadelphia David Yadgaroff said, “Every year we are overwhelmed and grateful to our listeners, fans, and clients who donate to help the kids at Children’s Hospital and make the WOGL Loves Our Kids Radiothon one of our most proud moments of the year. It is truly incredible to experience the outpouring of support for CHOP. The radiothon is a team effort at 98.1 WOGL, with help from every department and every employee. We’re thrilled to help put smiles on the faces of the kids and families at CHOP.”
