USRN announced it has closed a deal to acquire the assets of Universal Comedy Network, and that the assets of the national program supplier are completely owned by USRN effective immediately. USRN has been acting as UCN’s marketing partner since 2013. USRN will now oversee the production and distribution efforts for UCN’s programming output and UCN’s employees, including Joel Graham who headed up the company, will stay on at USRN.
