Newsday did the math and came to the conclusion that Yankees radio announcer John Sterling has called 4,453 consecutive games. It’s a streak that spans 28 baseball seasons. Before joining the Yankees’ radio broadcast team, Sterling called Atlanta Hawks and Braves games from 1981-89.
