Upstate NY Morning Man Arrested On Drug Charges

The name of his show per the radio station’s website is called The Extravaganza. Over the weekend, the morning man, and one-time town supervisor of Massena, New York, was arrested and charged with cocaine possession.

The Watertown Daily Times reported that on Friday police charged the 60-year-old, and 24-year-old Edward Slade, each with a count of misdemeanor seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Massena Police executed a search warrant on Mr. Cook’s residence as part of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of heroin and crack cocaine. Police say they seized heroin, crack cocaine, and hypodermic needles. Both men were released on tickets returnable to Massena Village Court at 1:30 p.m. March 1.
